The US is expected to unveil a plan to end the Russia-ukraine conflict, which could include a temporary freeze, at the Munich Security Conference in Germany as early as next week. The U.S. Bloomberg News reported on the 6th that the source declined to give details of the content and format of the discussions, but said that U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg will brief allies on the contents of the plan.
