In Germany, autumn does not usually last long, and leaves must be removed as soon as possible after falling, otherwise pedestrians can easily slip in the rain or lead to traffic accidents. In general, people will use leaf blowers to clean, but it is worth noting that if the use of equipment in the process of excessive decibels, resulting in noise pollution, will be subject to a high fine.

According to regulations, leaf blowers can only be used on working days 9 to 13 and 15 to 17, some models of leaf blowers up to 110 decibels of volume, than the portable drill when the sound is louder. Such noise is not only annoying but also dangerous.

According to the German public health insurance company AOK, when the volume exceeds 100 decibels, may cause permanent or temporary hearing damage. Because of this, the use of leaf blower will be strictly controlled. Article 117 of the code on administrative offences stipulates that anyone who does not use the equipment within the prescribed time will face a fine of 5,000 euros. A violation of the Federal Emissions Control Act could result in a fine of up to 50,000 euros. The act was passed to prevent harmful effects of air pollution, noise or vibration on the environment.

The relevant departments remind the public that in order to prevent financial losses, before using the leaf blower should carefully understand the relevant provisions, so as not to lose too much.
