Samsung falls as Chinese mobile phones hit the Indian market

The Indian smartphone market grew 9 percent in the third quarter, with 47.1 million units shipped, according to the latest figures from market research firm Canalys, the Economic Times of India reported Monday. Chinese brand Vivo topped the list for the first time, with a 19 per cent market share and a 26 per cent year-on-year increase in shipments.
