A All Nippon Airways airliner was flying at an altitude of about 6,400 meters when it suffered a crack in the cockpit glass on the night of October 21, local time, Fuji News reported.

According to reports, the plane was originally scheduled to fly from Osaka to Kagoshima, the cockpit glass after a crack emergency return to Osaka Airport. No one was injured in the incident. The plane was made by Bombardier, and the Osaka Aviation Authority in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Province is investigating the cause of the damage.
