According to Bloomberg, Politico and other media, in January this year, after a public dispute with the CEO of US Space Exploration Technology Corporation (something something)(something) musk over the installation of the“Star chain” satellite internet system on airplanes, michael o’leary, Chief Executive of Ireland’s Ryanair, Europe’s largest low-cost carrier, said Nov. 2 that he had no intention of settling with musk.

Politico said the dispute arose from Ryanair’s refusal to install a satellite internet system called“Star chain” on its aircraft after more than a year of negotiations. Ryanair says it is not profitable to install the star chain system on low-cost flights. Musk disputed that claim, saying Ryanair was“Misinformed” when calculating its revenue from installing the star chain system on its planes. The two men attacked each other as“Idiots”.
According to the latest comprehensive foreign media report, o’leary admitted in an interview on November 2 that the public confrontation between the two has brought Ryanair a substantial“Public relations revenue”, the company received free publicity worth $30 million to $40 million.
“I’m not going to make peace with him [ Musk ] . He thinks I’m an idiot and I know he’s an idiot,” o’leary said even more bluntly, “It would be nice if we could piss him off again.”
The US Business Insider website said Musk and the company had not yet responded to requests for comment.
