Russian prime minister Mishustin has arrived in China for talks on deepening cultural and people-to-people cooperation, according to Russian news agency RIA Novosti and Russia Today on November 3.

At the invitation of Premier Li Qiang Jiabao, Mishustin will visit China from November 3 to 4 for the 30th regular meeting between Chinese and Russian prime ministers, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesman announced on October 31.
According to TASS news agency and other Russian media reports, the Russian government issued a statement on October 31, revealing the details of Mishustin’s trip. The statement said Mishustin would travel to Beijing and Hangzhou to discuss issues related to strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination between Russia and China in the new era, we will focus on deepening cooperation in the humanities and promoting cooperation projects in education and other fields.
