In the 2025 FINA World Junior Swimming Championships women’s 4x200m freestyle relay final, the Chinese team of Yan Shan, Gong zhenqi, Luo Mingyu and Yang Peiqi clocked 7 minutes 51.59 seconds, pressure to win the U. S. Team, not only won the first world youth gold, but also realized the Chinese swimming team won the First World Youth Relay Gold Medal feat! China’s performance came just 0.12 seconds short of breaking the world youth record. Among them, the last stick Yang Peiqi in the last 100 meters staged a wonderful counter-overtake, lock the victory at one stroke.
