US Justice Department website Removes Database of crimes committed by people released after Capitol Hill riots

Local time on January 26, learned that the U. S. Department of Justice has been on its website to remove the Capitol Riots released the criminal database.

According to the CNN, the database includes criminal charges and convictions of those involved in the riots, and all the cases filed by the U.S. Attorney’s Washington in the Capitol riots.

After the 2020 U.S. presidential election, then-republican President Donald Trump refused to concede to Democratic rival Joseph Biden, repeatedly claiming massive election fraud. On January 6,2021, a large number of Trump supporters violently broke into the capitol building and caused riots, leaving 5 dead and about 140 injured.

On January 20, after taking office, Donald Trump announced an amnesty for about 1,500 people indicted and convicted for their roles in the Jan. 6,2021, riots on Capitol Hill.
