Hong Kong will celebrate 2025 with a fireworks display in Victoria Harbour on December 31, the Hong Kong Tourism Board announced Thursday. The fireworks display will last for 12 minutes and span 1,300 metres. The display can be seen from many parts of the harbour. In addition, the giant countdown clock on the external wall of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre will reappear to celebrate the year 2025 with the public and visitors from around the world.
According to the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the fireworks display will consist of five barges and 16 pontoons arranged in a formation at different angles and levels. Combining the fireworks on the roof of three landmark buildings in Hong Kong, the rich composition of high and low levels of order, full of dynamic, bring the audience a sense of visual and auditory fusion feast.
