A man was arrested near former President Donald Trump’s rally in California’s Coachella Valley on Oct. 12, the Riverside County Sheriff said, the man was armed and carrying a false pass. Local police said the man may be planning to assassinate Donald Trump.
Local police said the man, named Vim Miller, about 17:00 UT on the 12th, he showed a forged pass at a security checkpoint, and was found in possession of a shotgun, a loaded handgun and a High-capacity magazine.
Miller was released on $5,000 bail on January 12 and is due to appear in court on January 2,2025, after being held in a local detention centre for possession of a loaded gun and High-capacity magazine, local police said.
