The shooting happened at a Chick-fil-A in Irving, Texas. (FOX 4 Dallas)
At this stage in the investigation, police believe the shooting was targeted.
“We do believe this was a targeted incident and that this was not a random act of violence,” the official added.

The suspect has been identified as Bernardo Mendoza Argueta, 37. (Irving Police Department)
Locals are being asked to look out for a silver 1997 Honda vehicle with a Texas license plate reading GVH6205. Police warn that the suspect may still be armed, and residents are asked to contact 911 immediately if they see him.
Irving Police Department also advises residents to avoid the surrounding area as they investigate.
