Among Generation Z workers in South Korea, 80% of respondents love to seek help from Ai

8 out of every 10 generation Z workers in South Korea have difficulties at work, according to a survey, Chosun Ilbo reported Tuesday, will first seek help from artificial intelligence (AI) . South Korea’s Generation Z workers are about 20% more likely than their counterparts in developed Western Europe to seek out AI help first.

According to industry news, Samsung Electronics recently South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, 5 countries of 5048 Z-generation office workers survey. The results showed that South Korean respondents ranked AI as their top priority when they needed help at work, with 80 per cent of respondents choosing it first, followed by Germany (61 per cent) , the UK (59 per cent) , the US (56 per cent) and France (55 per cent) . In contrast to responses from other countries (50-60 per cent) , 80 per cent of respondents in South Korea believe AI can provide better business solutions.

In a survey of 1,021 South Korean respondents, 46 percent said they would use AI to process”Long documents or meeting abstracts” when asked how to use AI, “Generate text and visual content”(37%) and”Survey data and find creative inspiration”(46%) . Samsung Electronics said that in South Korea, enterprise AI has become more popular, generation Z-generation AI is an important driver to promote further increase in the prevalence of generative AI.
