The restrictions cover the entire Iranian coastline, including ports and energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The circular also states that transit traffic through the Strait of Hormuz to and from non-iranian destinations is not currently reported to be impeded by restrictive measures. However, ships may encounter military presence, mandatory communications or boarding and inspection procedures during their passage.<\/p>\n<p>Vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, the Gulf of Oman and adjacent waters are reminded to maintain a high degree of situational awareness.<\/p>\n<p>According to U. S. President Donald Trump previously warned that 10:00 Eastern time on the 13th, is the U.
