Asked at a briefing whether South Africa had been excluded from an invitation to the G7 summit at the request of the US, a French official said no, Reuters continued. French foreign minister Francois Barro said France had\u201cNot bowed to any pressure\u201d and had opted for a\u201cLite version of the G7\u201d, AFP reported.<\/p>\n
