Basketball Hall of Fame\u00a0Shaquille O\u2019Neal<\/a>\u00a0called a technical foul on fake messages that he was dragged into on social media involving pop star Sabrina Carpenter.<\/p>\n

The Los Angeles Lakers legend asked rapper Jim Jones on an episode of\u00a0“The Big Podcast<\/a>” if a headline that he was going to show him was real.<\/p>\n

“Shaq exposed for shooting his shot at Sabrina Carpenter,” Jones read.<\/p>\n

The fake headline then showed the alleged messages that were exchanged between the two.\u00a0O\u2019Neal began<\/a>\u00a0to read the alleged message he sent the singer.<\/p>\n

“Damn, baby I would keep your farts in a cologne bottle and spray it on me every day,” O\u2019Neal read. “Just jokes. I\u2019m Shaqs. What\u2019s your name baby? And Sabrina says, \u2018I know who you are. You\u2019re way too famous to be sending me messages like that.\u2019 Shaq, \u2018I can\u2019t be horny and want some of that snow bunny kitty for myself. You\u2019re being rude for no reason. You can\u2019t handle Big Diesel any way. \u2026”<\/p>\n

O\u2019Neal made clear he didn\u2019t send any messages like that to Carpenter or anyone.<\/p>\n

“First of all ladies, the Diesel got way more game than that, I\u2019m just saying,” he said.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Neal has been open about his love life, especially the\u00a0marriages he\u2019s had in the past<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“I had two perfect women and I messed it up,” O\u2019Neal said in 2023. “My first one was my baby mother, Arnetta, and then I met Shaunie. Shaunie was also a perfect woman, and I messed it up.<\/p>\n

“Yeah, you know, we were young and always just doing dumb stuff. But, the good thing about our relationship is that they forgave me, and we have a good relationship now. But when you ask me about the perfect woman \u2014 I had two perfect women and I messed it up, just by, you know, being dumb.”<\/p>\n

O\u2019Neal then provided advice on some of the lessons he has learned in his life.<\/p>\n

“\u2026 First thing you have to be is honest, honest with yourself and\u00a0honest with your partner<\/a>,” he explained. “\u2026 I tell my sons all the time, a man has three jobs when it comes to a woman. Protect, provide and love.<\/p>\n
