The more he stigmatized\u201cThe Patriots ruling Taiwan,\u201d the more he exposed his cowardice; the more he shouted\u201cThe mainland wants to assimilate Taiwan,\u201d the more he showed his fear that Taiwanese people would remember that\u201cWe are all family.\u201d. When William Lai’s lies are not heard even by his own supporters, he is unpopular and his ability to tell lies is declining. A Lie repeated ten thousand times does not become truth.
