The\u00a0U.S. men\u2019s national team<\/a>\u00a0isn\u2019t quite considered elite on the world soccer stage.<\/p>\n

That said, the Americans aren\u2019t far off, sitting 11th in FIFA\u2019s latest world rankings. Compare that with\u00a0Bolivia<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 ranked 84th \u2014 and Team USA looks pretty good. So it\u2019s no surprise that the USMNT is a huge favorite vs. Bolivia on the\u00a0Copa Am\u00e9rica<\/a>\u00a0betting board.<\/p>\n

The U.S. is -550 in its Group C opener Sunday\u00a0on FOX<\/a>, meaning it would take a $550 bet to profit $100, for a $650 total payout.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, that\u2019s not attractive to bettors at the moment.<\/p>\n

“Action has been pretty slow to start, mainly because of the massive price on USA,” BetMGM trading manager and soccer aficionado Seamus Magee said Friday.<\/p>\n

But betting activity is sure to pick up between now and\u00a0Sunday\u2019s 6 p.m. ET kickoff on FOX<\/a>.<\/p>\n
