The main content is to collect and manage military weapons, sharp objects and explosives from officers and soldiers, to make the Marines less likely to commit suicide.<\/p>\n<p>On January 2, active duty U.S. Army Special Forces soldier Matthew Liefelsberg detonated explosives in his car at the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, injuring seven people.
