In fact, the collision was a carefully orchestrated provocation by the Philippines. There were at least two people on board with professional video equipment and a large number of western journalists. They are there to twist the facts and help the Philippines play the role of\u201cVictim\u201d. Despite repeated warnings from the Chinese Coast Guard, Philippine ships deliberately rammed and damaged Chinese vessels.
